Car Air Conditioning

I have a 911 996 which needed its air con refurbishing. I was really impressed with Gary who tested, diagnosed and rectified the problem quickly and with no fuss, bang on budget and on time!

Since June when it was fixed I have experienced no problems whatsoever and for an a/c system that is viewed as not particularly effective within the 911 family, I have to say I am really impressed with mine - it is incredibly effective and very cool when required.

Car Air Conditioning

I am delighted with the level of service and repair that I received at AVACS to repair my BMW air conditioning.

After being told by a BMW main dealer that I needed new parts at a cost of �800 it was a wonderful surprise to learn from AVACS that I only needed the air conditioning system serviced and no major new parts were required.

I left my BMW with them for the afternoon and whatever they did has repaired the air conditioning like it is new and the horrible smell it used to make has completely gone!

Absolutely delighted with the all round service, courtesy, honesty and above all the price at a very reasonable �192.40 so just a fraction of the BMW main dealer cost!

Diesel Performance Tuning (DPT)

I booked my 2007 model Dodge Caliber 2.0 Diesel into AVACS to have the DPT (Diesel Performance Tuning) upgrade that had been recommended to me.
The standard and level of service from AVACS is excellent, and my car has been transformed, its smoother to drive, more responsive and on the drive home my fuel economy went from 33 to 39.5 mpg

Diesel Performance Tuning (DPT)

I would like to thank and also recommend Gary at AVACS to any one who drives a diesel vehicle. I have a 2007 model Nissan Navara D40 pick up, it is an automatic model and was returning around 18-19 miles to the gallon (A small detail they omit to tell you when you drooling in the showroom).

I had the DPT tuning device fitted about 4 months ago and I have seen, quite frankly, a vast difference whilst driving with the gear changes being a lot smoother and better acceleration for overtaking.

My fuel economy has gone up to around 25 mpg now and this is due in some part I assume because I no longer bury my foot in the carpet to make it go.

I am told that a petrol version of the DPT is soon to be released and I will be going back to AVACS to fit one on my fuel greedy Cayenne 4X4.

P.S.
My vehicle was serviced by the main dealer in Petersfield and they asked me what it was as they noticed under the bonnet. when I told them my new mpg they were gob smacked. The point of all this is that it wasn't an issue and makes no difference to my warranty.

Diesel Performance Tuning (DPT) and Car Air Conditioning

Since Avacs fitted a DPT to my Saab, I have put about 20 tanks of diesel in my 9-3 and the results I have got are truly amazing in both performance and most of all the fuel economy.

Although before the computer information display was reporting an average of 45 mpg I was actually getting about on average between 40 - 42 mpg worked out by noting how much fuel is used between topping the tank and calculating, against the mileage, the true MPG (4.54 litres/gallon'.

When the DPT was fitted by Avacs the MPG improved considerably and instead of 42 mpg I am now definitely getting an average of between 47.4 and 50.3 mpg based on real calculations.

My car feels a lot smoother and much more powerful, without a flat or dead spot, and it idles better too, it's just like new again!

I have to say AVACS have done a very neat and tidy job of installing this DPT device and I was so impressed I have since had my 9-3 air conditioning serviced by them and again they did a really professional good job at a very reasonable price.
